Elegantly luxurious hotel very close to Paddington
Fabulous hotel. Very stylish and elegant, yet welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated with antiques and oil paintings. Bed was supremely comfortable and we were given an unexpected but very welcome upgrade to a suite. Great location about 5 mins walk from Paddington, close to Hyde Park and Kensington gardens. Good cafes and shops nearby.
Wish we could have stayed longer! Best hotel i have stayed in.

Perfect place for a luxurious stay in London!
Staff were outstanding! It was so lovely chatting with each and every one of them, great international team! Service was excellent! At one point the wifi was slow but issue was resolved. They gave me a gift of a wonderful bath gel set to apologise for the inconvenience. I had forgotten all about it. Breakfast was amazing, best eggs Benedict ever with a great array of other choices! Train station only a 5 minute walk away. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Really comfy, central hotel - would go again.
Great location, lovely room. Very clean. Welcoming staff.
A couple of niggles. The kettle didn’t work. Neither did the hairdryer but staff were quick to help.
